Introduction
MSCEE 2026 invites researchers, academicians, and industry professionals to submit original, unpublished research papers. These guidelines will help you prepare your manuscript correctly and ensure smooth submission via Easychair.
Paper Preparation
- All submissions must be written in English and present original, unpublished work.
- Maximum paper length: 6 pages (including figures, tables, references).
- Both source files (Word / LaTeX) and a PDF must be submitted. Content must match exactly.
- Ensure figures, tables, and equations are clear and readable.
- Check language and grammar. Papers with poor clarity may be rejected without review.
Ethics & AI Disclosure
- All submissions undergo mandatory plagiarism checks. Similarity ≥ 30% may lead to rejection.
- AI-generated content must be disclosed in the Acknowledgements section.
- Include citations for any AI-assisted text or code used in your paper.
- Authorship must strictly follow MSCEE guidelines. Contributors not meeting authorship criteria must be acknowledged properly.
Special Sessions
Special Sessions on emerging and specialized topics may be included. Papers submitted under these sessions follow the same review process as regular submissions. Proposals for Special Sessions are handled by domain experts.
Review Process & Registration
- Single-blind peer-review conducted by the Technical Program Committee.
- Evaluation criteria: originality, technical quality, relevance, clarity, and significance.
- For accepted papers, at least one author must register for the conference and present the paper.
- Accepted papers require submission of camera-ready version and completion of copyright transfer.
Author Checklist
- Manuscript in MSCEE format (double-column, single-spaced)
- PDF and source files uploaded
- Figures & tables clear and readable
- All authors listed correctly
- Plagiarism checked & AI disclosed (if any)
- Camera-ready ready for submission upon acceptance
